Private Network lets you access to the Internet from the
VM, and access other VM with the fastest speed possible. If you are building
anything using more than one VM, use this network to communicate between
VMs.
Public Network lets you access the VM through the CiTIUS
wired network, which will allow you to access through SSH if you setup
a SSH key. There is a very limited number of addresses available for every
user. If you reach the limit and need more addresses, please ask the system
administrators.
To be able to edit networks,
the VM needs to be powered off.
